The life of this bread maker is longer than any other bread maker but it has a pretty bulky size making it hard to find the right place for it on our kitchen counter. The kneading cycles are also pretty quiet for this bread maker. I never want to use this machine for making bread at night because of its insistent beeping. It seems like an inflexible machine and it just goes about its cycles with no room for delay so you could get involved in the baking process.
It is fairly easy to operate this bread maker though and it has selections such as dough-only, making a loaf from beginning to end. It can bake bread within two hours or its memory can be programmed to remember the last recipe that I used. Another bonus for this bread maker is that even though it has two kneading paddles, it leaves small holes on the bread when it’s done baking that I do get a perfect loaf in front of me.
Brace yourself though; this bread maker is a bit costly. I guess they needed to cover for expenses for the extra paddle and the bulk. Compared to other bread makers, it also has a lower baking temperature of 290F and even with the setting for a light crust, loaves still come out pretty dark. But it’s a pretty convenient machine to have if you love bread and like baking and eating bread.
