HERO SANDWICH

Ingredients:

• 34 lb. ground beef
• 13 c. evaporated milk
• 14 c. ground cracker crumbs (bread)
• 1 egg 14 c. chopped onion
• 1 tsp. prepared mustard
• 18 tsp. pepper 34 tsp. salt
• 1 c. grated cheese

Directions:

1. Mix together and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
2. Wrap in foil and spread on buns or bread.
