CHAMPION CHEESE STEAK SANDWICH

Ingredients:

  • 12 lb. Velveeta cubed
  • 12 c. Kraft Real Mayo
  • 14 c. milk 1 tsp. dry mustard 1 med. onion, sliced 2 tbsp.
  • Parkay margarine
  • 1 lb. thin roast beef slices
  • 6-8 French bread rolls, split

Instructions:

  1. Combine process cheese spread, mayo, milk and mustard.
  2. Stir over low heat until smooth.
  3. Saute onions in margarine.
  4. Add meat; mix lightly until thoroughly heated.
  5. Fill rolls with meat mixture. Top with sauce.
