Everybody eats bread and so bread has been considered as a staple food. Some people though would rather bake their own bread than buy it from a store. I have always loved the smell of freshly baked bread and it is even better when that scent is found around the house. Ever since I got the Breadman TR875 Bread Maker, I have been baking loaf after loaf. This bread maker is of a manageable and good storing size. It fits anywhere on my kitchen counter. In the baking cycle, the bread maker’s exterior doesn’t get hot like other bread machines. Plus, the black and silver finishing makes this product so attractive. Even with its small size, it can bake up a large 2 pound loaf. The loaf that comes out of it is always beautifully shaped and perfect.

It has very user friendly settings and even has choices for delaying a cycle to give the dough enough time to rise and a rapid cycle to bake bread faster. Be careful about using the rapid cycle too much though as it affects the performance of the paddle after numerous uses. I have heard it is getting hard to get parts for this specific bread maker too. Speaking of the kneading cycle, the TR875 is SOOOO quiet. The first time I got this machine, I had to keep checking that it was functioning because it works so quietly.

The only sound it makes is when it is ready to add ingredients like raisins, cinnamon and the like. It beeps to make me know it will be adding them I always love to see these getting mixed in through the viewing window. With relation to the timer for the delay cycle, the TR875 works pretty much on its own so if you like to get involved during this phase of bread making, this bread maker is not for you.

When I received the package for this machine though, the paddle came attached to the electrical cord. It took a bit of will to separate these two pieces but once they came off, it was pretty much smooth sailing from there. Cinnamon breads, whole wheat bread, brown rice flour bread and gluten free bread have been coming out of my Breadman TR875 and they are as delicious as bread can be.

There are many kinds of yeast bread. It can be French bread, whole wheat bread, cheese pecan bread, mashed potato yeast bread or rosemary butter bread. The Breadman TR2200C Ultimate Bread Machine can bake it. It has over 100 programmed settings to choose from. Economically priced and of a good size and shape, the TR2200C is a wonderful bread maker to own.

It has a very understandable control panel that informs me of what stage in the cycle the machine is at. Whether it’s mixing, kneading, adding extra ingredients and baking, I can always look through the viewing window and see things are going smoothly. The kneading cycle can sometimes be noisier than a dishwasher but considering kneading doesn’t go on forever, I guess it’s bearable.

This bread maker makes the most delicious and most beautiful bread ever. I have taken to giving homemade bread as gifts and I find that they are always most appreciated. I didn’t have to slave around the oven for many hours because the TR2200C takes care of everything. Mostly, I just have to clean the bread maker when I’m done and it’s a relatively easy machine to clean.

Other bread makers I used to have would give me varied results, some beautifully baked and some not so but the TR2200C has never failed to produce perfect loaves. If I put in too much of an ingredient, the machine compensates better for it than other brands.

One of the program settings the TR2200C has is the delayed baking. It is mostly useless but it is not the fault of this bread maker. Yeast is just an unpredictable ingredient and if the machine isn’t preheated well, it doesn’t have good results. With the Breadman TR2200C Ultimate Bread Machine, it’s hard not to get addicted to baking bread. It makes everything so easy.

It’s no longer time consuming to bake bread. Kneading and mixing need not be a major physical activity. Use this bread maker carefully though as the paddles and the pan do succumb to normal wear and tear. I have heard stories that the first shipping you receive could be a defective product but it’s fairly easy to get it replaced. Just make sure the TR2200C you buy has a warranty.

The Breadman TR2700 Stainless-Stainless Programmable Convection Bread Maker came out as a response to the TR2500 users’ growing needs. A sturdier version than the TR2500 where after quite a few uses, the pan comes loose from the holders, in contrast, the pan of the TR2700 is secured inside the machine well. I didn’t have to adjust or bend the prongs on the pan or the bread maker as I did with old bread makers I had. From date of purchase to this day, all loaves of bread that I have baked out of it have been perfect. No more tough crusts because of the newly added convection fan feature! You can even choose what color of crust you like, be it dark, medium, or light.

Being made of stainless steel, the kneading cycle can be a bit noisier than bread makers of a steel and plastic make but I guess stainless steel is virtually easier to clean because all I have to do is wipe the inside off with a damp cloth. Every time, the corners of the TR2700 were also free of flour after the kneading cycle. Only the paddle and the pan need actual washing. Additionally, the baking pan is of a nonstick material.

The TR2700 Bread Maker has such versatile features and programs too. You can bake different kinds of bread with it. Go from simple breads to breads with fruit extracts or pieces, honey, cinnamon, chocolate, ham and cheese, etc. These ingredients are automatically added from the dispenser and I lovingly looked on as they were being mixed in through the see-through viewing window. Try the recipes in the manual. I did. It was wonderful to have the bread come out beautifully baked. The TR2700 also has understandable control buttons and an easy to read digital display.

A good add-on feature for the TR2700 is the 16 settings that promote health. This includes settings for making low carb breads or gluten free breads. Health is really wealth and now with the TR2700, I can bake bread the healthiest it could be.

Vertical loaf pans in bread makers were rampant in the early days. Today, horizontal baking pans are taking over. The Breadman TR2500C Ultimate Plus Breadmachine has an easy to manage horizontal baking pan with a removable lid that comes with a see through viewing window so you can look on as ingredients are being mixed or when the dough is being kneaded.

Unfortunately, you do really need to look in on what the TR2500C is doing since sometimes; the pan is unstable and gets unhinged from the holders. Time and again, these holders have to be adjusted or bent and it being stainless steel, there is a tendency for it to snap and get broken.

One review did mention that while she was relocking the pan on its hinges, the bread came out as a mess of half mixed and cooked through bread. This almost happened to me so do be careful. The TR2500C has a fruit, nut and herb dispenser. It supposedly adds these ingredients in at the right time and informs you with a beep. Sadly, the dispensing action isn’t strong enough and in most cases, ingredients like raisins or herbs stick to the dispenser and I had to do the scraping off and adding on myself.

Kneading cycles are pretty noisy with this bread maker too. It seems stainless steel doesn’t diffuse sound well as other bread makers aren’t as noisy as this.

However, a good addition to the TR2500C is its convection feature. It really does get you beautiful baking results. Most of the bread baked with this bread maker comes out with a crispy crust. If you are one of those people who like breaking off bread crusts and smothering it with butter, this bread maker can give you well baked crispy crust. It’s amazing that just this one aspect contributes to so much to baking something more scrumptious.

This bread maker also has settings for baking gluten free breads or low carb breads. If you are some kind of a health buff, this bread maker is a very helpful piece of technology. It can also knead pizza or pasta dough, bagel or cake batter. Cornmeal bread and spoon breads are a part of its programs too.
