Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup Water
  • 2 cups White bread flour
  • 1 tablespoon Dry milk
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 3 tablespoons Apricot jam
  • 1/2 cup Dried apricots — chopped 1 teaspoon Yeast — fast rise or machine or -
  • 3 teaspoons Yeast — active dry

This is bread with the jam already inside! It’s a coffee bread, a snack bread or the perfect after-school bread. The finely textured sweet bread also happens to be lovely, with the summery orange apricots floating in the golden loaf.
